Dr. Ebony Green
In a world fractured by disconnection, pressure, and polarization, Hello Kind Soul exists as a social enterprise to remind us of something simple yet powerful: kindness is a revolutionary force that can heal, restore, and unite.
Founded in Newburgh, New York by Dr. Ebony I. Green—an award-winning keynote speaker and organizational wellness expert—Hello Kind Soul began as a heartfelt response to the emotional weight so many were silently carrying. But what started as a vision from one voice has grown into a global movement—a collective call to raise the vibration of humanity through compassion, empathy, and connection.
Today, Hello Kind Soul empowers individuals and organizations to lead with heart. Through transformative keynotes, healing-centered professional development, soul-stirring storytelling, and intentional merchandise, we are redefining what it means to live and lead with kindness.
This isn’t just a brand—it’s a cultural shift. A community of kind disruptors. A movement built on the belief that every kind act, no matter how small, sends ripples through the world.
We believe kindness is not a nicety—it’s a necessity. And together, we are building a future where it is woven into the fabric of leadership, education, business, and daily life.
Join us. Say it with us: Hello, Kind Soul.
Dr. Ebony Green is a child of humble beginnings. She lost her father at the age of 7 and struggled to make sense of the loss. Growing up in rural northwest New York, she knew she was different. She spent her childhood struggling to fit in, and dreamed about changing the world by creating a space where everyone could fit regardless of difference. She has since devoted herself to creating containers of learning, peace, joy, and happiness for children and adults.
Dr. Green, Founder of Hello Kind Soul, is a teacher, principal, district leader, and nationally recognized champion for inclusion. She draws on over 25 years of experience in leading schools, organizations, and people into deep introspection and building confidence to change. She has an intuitive ability to create conditions of safety for vulnerability, deep reflection, and dreaming big for students, staff, and institutions. Through her keynote speeches and the Hello, Kind Soul podcast, she helps audiences understand complex ideas and simplify in a way such that everyone, irrespective of difference, can find a space to connect, learn, grow, and build.
